IN GENERAL : 

  • Customers should register with their Emails in order to receive the stamps. Customer has responsibility to keep their account information updated, we will not consider to give back the stamps if the information is not updated.

  • Fascinée reserves the rights to adjust the balance of stamps of each customer.

  • Fascinée reserves the rights of changing the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • In case of dispute, the decision of Fascinée shall be final.

Expiration Policy :

Each stamp will be expired with a Year. A reminder email will be sent one month prior to the expiration date to your registered email, we did not accept to give back the expired stamps.

FAQs

Could I collect the stamps without an account ?

You should create an account with email and login before making purchase in order to collect the stamps.

How I could earn the stamp ?

You could receive a stamp with HK$300 purchase within a single order, HK$600 for 2 stamps etc.

Is the spent amount accumulated?

The spent amount must be within a single order and it will not accumulate (Spent less than HK$300 in a single order will not receive any stamp)

Could I use the discount on an inner bag with a price higher than $329?

If you wish to apply the discount to an inner bag priced above $329, you would need to pay the difference, which is $349 - $165 = $184 etc.

How could I check the amount of my stamps ?

Simply login your account by clicking the widget in the right bottom corner, and you could see how many stamp icons you have.

Will my stamp get expired ?

Each stamp will be expired after a year. A reminder email will be sent one month prior to the expiration date to your registered email.
