Repairing a bag takes approximately 3-4 weeks, depending on the extent of the damage and the amount of work required

To receive a preliminary quotation for repair costs, the customer needs to provide photos of the bag. After our technician inspects the bag, we will provide the final cost to the customer.

Q: What are the delivery options for repaired bags?
Customers could choose to have their bag shipped via SF delivery service (the delivery fee will be paid by the customer) or drop it off in person at our store located in Causeway Bay.
Q: How do you identify the customer's bag?
To identify the customer's bag, we will provide a wristband with the customer's unique number or have the customer sign their name (only for in-store drop-off), which will be fastened around the bag.
